This year we are mad for Pelargoniums! Displays in the restaurant include head chef Skye Gyngell’s favourite scented varieties, and for the outdoor Teahouse tables we have used zonal Pelargoniums for the brilliance and brightness of their colour. 
 
Species Pelargoniums

 

We have selected a small collection of Species Pelargoniums -  these varieties generally have smaller leaves and flowers which have an intensity and depth of jewel like colours.
 
Our favourites include:

* Pelargonium fulgidum, which has lobed green grey leaves with an sensual sour smell
* P. echinatum White form has glistening white flowers with red hearts

These are ideal for a sunny window sill.
 
Scented Pelargoniums

 

Scent Pelargoniums we have in stock include:

 

* Pelargonium Lady Plymouth with rose mint scented leaves
* Pelargonium Candid dancer with lemon Turkish delight scented

* Pelargonium Big apple which has small white flowers

 

Our head garden Lucy Boyd's all time favourite is P. Fragrans with matt forming habit and small white pine scented flowers.

Zonal Perlagoniums

For real impact and show we have a wide range of colours show off pinks and reds.

 

 

All Perlagoniums enjoy a sunny position, good drainage and if dead headed will go on producing flowers until October.
